1. The User (an individual or legal entity who has paid for services on the website geterotica-online.ru) always has the right to unilaterally refuse to receive services provided by the Service Provider, Dmitry Sergeevich Novikov (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).

2. In the event of the User’s refusal to receive services, the Provider is obliged to refund the User the amount paid for such services.

3. The refundable amount for access to individual courses and other services is determined as follows:

3.1 The Provider refunds the full amount paid if the User has accessed no more than 2 lessons of the course;
Access to a course includes any of the following actions: visiting a course page, watching any lesson from the course, or opening theoretical material or homework in the User’s personal account.

3.2 In other cases, the refund for a course, webinar, or lecture is calculated as:
N = P / L × S
- N – refund amount
- P – course price on the day of purchase
- L – total number of lessons in the course
- S – number of lessons the User has accessed

3.3 For the products "Online Lingam Massage Course" and "Online Deep Throat Course," if the User is dissatisfied with the product quality, 30% of the course price at the time of purchase will be refunded.

4. Costs related to the refund (including payment system fees) are borne by the User and deducted from the refundable amount.

5. To refuse services, the User must notify the Provider of their intention to stop receiving services and specify the service name. The notification should be sent to: geterotica.shop@gmail.com. The Provider will terminate the User’s access to the service or the services within two business days from receipt of the notification.

6. To receive a refund, the User submits a request in the form provided by the Provider. Refunds are processed within thirty business days from the date the request is received, using the same payment method and details used by the User for payment.
